Gebruiksvoorwaarden

Korte samenvatting: Je mag WerkLens gebruiken zoals bedoeld. De app wordt aangeboden "as-is", zonder garanties. Wij zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor verlies van data — gebruik iCloud-back-up of exporteer je projecten als PDF. Door WerkLens te gebruiken ga je akkoord met onderstaande voorwaarden.

1. Acceptatie

Door WerkLens te installeren of te gebruiken, ga je akkoord met deze voorwaarden en met ons Privacybeleid. Als je hier niet mee instemt, installeer of gebruik WerkLens dan niet.

2. Licentie

Wij verlenen je een persoonlijk, niet-exclusief, niet-overdraagbaar recht om WerkLens op jouw eigen iOS-apparaten te installeren en te gebruiken, conform de App Store standaardlicentievoorwaarden (EULA) van Apple.

3. Toegestaan gebruik

WerkLens is bedoeld als hulpmiddel voor het organiseren van projecten, foto's, notities en afspraken. Je gaat ermee akkoord WerkLens niet te gebruiken voor:

  • Onwettige activiteiten of het schenden van rechten van derden.
  • Het maken of opslaan van onrechtmatige beelden of content.
  • Reverse engineering, decompileren of het ontleden van de app behalve voor zover wettelijk toegestaan.

4. Eigen verantwoordelijkheid voor data

WerkLens slaat alle data lokaal op jouw iPhone op. Jij bent zelf verantwoordelijk voor het maken van back-ups (bijvoorbeeld via iCloud-back-up van iOS) en voor het exporteren van belangrijke projecten via de PDF-functie.

Wij hebben geen toegang tot jouw data en kunnen verloren data niet herstellen.

5. Geen garantie

WerkLens wordt aangeboden "as-is" en "as-available", zonder enige uitdrukkelijke of impliciete garantie. Wij garanderen niet dat de app:

  • Vrij is van fouten of onderbrekingen.
  • Voldoet aan jouw specifieke wensen.
  • Compatibel blijft met alle toekomstige versies van iOS.

6. Beperking van aansprakelijkheid

Voor zover wettelijk toegestaan, zijn wij niet aansprakelijk voor directe, indirecte, incidentele, gevolg- of bijzondere schade die voortvloeit uit jouw gebruik (of onmogelijkheid om gebruik te maken) van WerkLens. Dit omvat, maar is niet beperkt tot, verlies van data, gederfde winst of bedrijfsonderbreking.

7. Wijzigingen aan de app

Wij kunnen WerkLens op elk moment updaten, wijzigen, beperken of beëindigen zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving. Sommige functies kunnen vereisen dat je een recente iOS-versie gebruikt.

8. Wijzigingen aan deze voorwaarden

Wij kunnen deze voorwaarden bijwerken. De nieuwe versie verschijnt op deze pagina met een nieuwe datum bovenaan. Doorlopend gebruik van WerkLens na een update betekent dat je de bijgewerkte voorwaarden accepteert.

9. Toepasselijk recht

Op deze voorwaarden is Nederlands recht van toepassing. Geschillen worden voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechter in Nederland, tenzij dwingend recht anders bepaalt.

Short version: Use WerkLens as intended. The app is provided "as-is" without warranty. We are not responsible for data loss — use iCloud Backup or export your projects as PDF. By using WerkLens, you agree to the terms below.

1. Acceptance

By installing or using WerkLens, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use WerkLens.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use WerkLens on your own iOS devices, subject to Apple's App Store Standard EULA.

3. Permitted use

WerkLens is intended as a tool for organizing projects, photos, notes and appointments. You agree not to use WerkLens for:

  • Unlawful activities or violating third-party rights.
  • Capturing or storing unlawful imagery or content.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling the app except where permitted by law.

4. Your responsibility for data

WerkLens stores all data locally on your iPhone. You are responsible for backing it up (for example via iOS's iCloud Backup) and for exporting important projects via the PDF feature.

We have no access to your data and cannot recover anything that's lost.

5. No warranty

WerkLens is provided "as-is" and "as-available", without any express or implied warranty. We do not guarantee that the app:

  • Will be free of errors or uninterrupted.
  • Will meet your specific needs.
  • Will remain compatible with all future versions of iOS.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use (or inability to use) WerkLens, including but not limited to data loss, lost profits or business interruption.

7. Changes to the app

We may update, change, restrict or discontinue WerkLens at any time without prior notice. Some features may require a recent version of iOS.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version will appear on this page with a new date at the top. Continued use of WerkLens after an update means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
